Ive been dealing with crdit & debt management of america and had nothing but trouble in a yr….creditors calling everyday 3x a day, a they would say pay them no mind just tell them your working on it….well 14,000 and a yr later nothing paid, I was sued by a creditor and when there lawyer told me it sounded like a scam, i sent in writing my designation and demanded my money back because they did nothing at all, they sent back 5000. and kept 9000. for there fee…so I sent that to the lawyer after waiting 4 weeks and we worked out agreements with the rest of my creditors a little each month…i wish I would of done this myself a yr ago..but I dont feel they should keep 9000.00 when the agreement was to be paid in 3 1/2 yrs

I am now a customer of US Debt Resolve Inc and right now am unhappy that I have been recieving call from the debtors that co. promised to contact an settle with. I have been sending 300.83 every month since Feb 2010, and have been told I don’t have enough money there for them to negotiate. When will there be enough money? I am trying to be patient, but I am being harassed by my creditors with phone calls and am told they don;t negotiate. Can you make this US debt
Resolve Co. do what they promised and start the process? I am 71yrs old and want things to start changing. What can I do besides what I have already done to make this company intervene with the creditors they are supposed to be handling? I would appreciate you sending me an E-Mail as regards this problem. In my dealings with Mr. Scott Johnson CEO of US Debt Resolve has proved that Mr Johnson will have to practice what he preaches in the first place take a deep look at his own operation and then make a comment on the industry which in my opinion as a client of Us Debt resolve have experienced a treatment far worse than a credit card collection agency. Issues have been bad customer service lack of any substantial effort to resolve debt and lack of responce on the refund issue when it became clear that US Debt Resolve could not in fact resolve anything except to take their 10% fee yes I mean ten percent virtually upfront before any resolution was made.
Mr. Johnson you have made the grade, be proud!!!
