It was removed from my credit report. Now I received a letter stating LVNV had sold the loan to a new collector. I believe the loan is in regards to a reposession. The last payment made before repo was in 2003. Is this considered a time-barred account and if so should I just ignore the new letter. I disputed an LVNV Funding loan a couple of years ago.
