I am a Dallas, Texas lawyer practicing since 1971 in the areas of Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Immigration, Bankruptcy, and Consumer Protection Law.

I am a native of Waco, Texas, and graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Business Administration, and from Baylor University School of Law in 1971.

I have practiced plaintiff’s personal injury law in Dallas since 1971. In that time I have represented many thousands of clients in almost every type of injury and disability claim.

On October 15, 2002, I was proud to be admitted in person to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. The swearing-in ceremony was performed by Chief Justice William Rehnquist, with the full Supreme Court in session.

I am proud to be the son of a postman and a bank teller, to have been married since 1969 to a very patient woman, and to have helped raise two wonderful daughters.
